What PIPIT is

PIPIT is a mobile arcade game published by Roleworthy Labs LLC. The current app is designed to work without an account, without advertising, and without real-money purchases.

This policy explains what information the app uses, what stays on your device, what may be processed when you contact us or visit this website, and how to reach us.

Information the app stores on your device

PIPIT stores gameplay and preference information locally on your device so the game can work as expected. This can include tutorial completion, stage progress, scores, stars, settings, accessibility preferences, audio preferences, earned virtual feathers, unlocked cosmetic items, and equipped cosmetic loadouts.

This local game data is not automatically sent to Roleworthy Labs by the current app. You can remove it by using available in-app reset controls where offered or by deleting the app from your device.

Information the app does not collect automatically

The current app does not require you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

The current app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, targeted advertising, or cross-app tracking. It does not sell personal information.

Support communications

If you email us or otherwise contact Roleworthy Labs, we may receive your contact information and the content of your message. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, and protect our rights and users.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support messages unless it is necessary for the issue you are asking us to handle.

Website and hosting data

This privacy policy and related Roleworthy Labs pages are hosted on Vercel. When you visit these pages, our hosting and analytics providers may process standard technical information such as request logs, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, and performance data.

We use that website information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the website. It is separate from PIPIT gameplay data stored by the mobile app.

Platform providers

If you download PIPIT through an app store, the store provider may process information related to your account, device, download, purchase history, reviews, diagnostics, and similar platform activity under that provider's own policies.

Roleworthy Labs may receive aggregated or developer-facing reports from app stores, such as install counts, crash summaries, ratings, reviews, and store performance information, where the platform makes those reports available.

Children

PIPIT is not directed to children under 13. Roleworthy Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the current app.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete it where required.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide and maintain PIPIT, support users, operate and secure our website, understand basic product performance, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and policies, and protect users, Roleworthy Labs, and others.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app. Support and business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your choices

You can control many app preferences from PIPIT settings, including audio, haptics, motion, flash, and readability options. You can delete local app data by using available reset controls or uninstalling the app.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us directly, such as support communications. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PIPIT changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
